Within the stocktaking app, you can specify in the settings whether count places should remain open or be marked as closed. When closing a count place, you have the option of defining whether subsequent processing - such as a recount or new count - is possible. If desired, re-entry can also be protected by a password.

Should any errors occur during stocktaking, they can be easily adjusted using the mobile app. The correction feature enables you to amend previously recorded quantities. Simply choose the appropriate count location and item, then enter the correct number. If needed, you can also add a comment to provide further context for the adjustment.

In the article overview of the stocktake module, you’ll find a list of all items that have already been recorded, along with their EANs and article numbers. When you select a specific item, additional details such as the article name and the recorded quantity are displayed—broken down by storage location, count area, and the initially planned (target) quantity.

To streamline the stocktaking process, the "Quantity always 1" option can be used during counting. When this feature is enabled on the input screen, each scan automatically records a quantity of one for the scanned item. Identical items are then grouped into a cumulative total. This approach supports accurate barcode-based recording and minimizes the likelihood of counting or entry mistakes. It is especially common in retail environments, where various product variants are often counted within the same location.

The count place overview in the stocktake module displays all recorded count locations along with the corresponding article quantities for each. If a preliminary count was performed beforehand, the target quantities are also shown. This allows for a direct comparison between the expected amounts and the actual quantities captured at each count location.
