End customer support for COSYS inventory systems

If something goes wrong with your inventory, we are at your side. With our German-speaking end customer support, we can help you with support and malfunctions of your inventory rental system. Our support team will also be happy to answer questions from your inventory managers and inventory assistants. During our regular business hours, you can get in touch via our support hotline and describe your problem situation in detail. Our support team will listen carefully to your description of the problem and begin to analyze the error. Depending on the severity of the error, you can rely on our various support services. Most faults can be solved over the phone, with our service staff guiding you step by step through the problem-solving process.
If telephone support is not sufficient, you can rely on our remote support. In this case, our support staff will connect to your inventory system or your MDE device using the COSYS QuickSupport tool and resolve all problems via remote maintenance.
You can reach our support team at any time on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00 via our support hotline. During the inventory-intensive months of December, January and February, our support team is even available for you on weekdays from 07:00 to 18:00.
Are you planning to carry out your stocktaking outside your opening hours, for example after "store closing time" or at weekends or on public holidays? Then we can offer you special services and support. With individual agreements and long-term support contracts, you can ensure a smooth stocktake at your desired time. You determine the time of your inventory, whether at weekends or on public holidays, and we provide an agreed support team. Our support team is available by phone and, if required, provides the competent support and experience you need for a smooth stocktake.

COSYS QuickSupport
In addition to our telephone support hotline, which can be used to resolve many problems or clarify questions from your inventory managers and inventory assistants about our inventory system, we also make our remote maintenance tool COSYS QuickSupport available to every customer.
COSYS QuickSupport gives our support staff direct access to your inventory devices including the installed inventory application or to your inventory PC. QuickSupport enables our support staff to solve potential problems locally and quickly.
