Stocktake capture

In the inventory module, you record the storage location, the counting location, the EAN and the respective item quantity. Each MDE device is automatically assigned a unique device number, while your employees are assigned individual entry IDs. The counting location can be entered manually using the keyboard or by scanning the storage location number. The article is then recorded by scanning the EAN or article number - the corresponding article text appears automatically. The quantity is then added manually and confirmed. Alternatively, the Quantity always 1 function is available, with which items can be scanned individually. The software adds these up automatically. A compact overview of the scanned items appears below the input screen.

Stocktake correction

Mistaken entries during stocktaking can be easily adjusted using the mobile app. With the stocktake correction feature, users can update quantities that were recorded incorrectly. To make a correction, simply choose the relevant count location and the associated item, then enter the accurate quantity. Optionally, a free text note can be added to provide further context or justification for the adjustment.

Article list

In the article overview of the stocktake module, all previously recorded items are listed along with their EANs and article numbers. When selecting an item, additional details such as the article name and the counted quantity are displayed—broken down by storage location, count location, and the originally expected quantity (target quantity).

Count place list

The count place list in the Inventory module shows a list of all recorded counting points with the respective article quantities per point. If a pre-count has already been carried out in advance, the target quantity can also be viewed there. This is used to compare the target quantity with the actual quantity recorded at the respective count location.
