Customized service and support agreements

COSYS Inventory Service has been in existence for 30 years and offers you everything you need for a smooth inventory. In addition to customized inventory software and inventory devices, we also offer our customers a full range of services. When you take your inventory with COSYS, you can rely on an experienced partner. Our experienced service staff and support team are available to answer your questions and provide technical support by telephone. If telephone support is not sufficient, our service staff will connect to your MDE device or inventory PC via the COSYS QuickSupport remote maintenance tool. Using COSYS QuickSupport, our support staff can work directly on your inventory system and thus quickly localize and rectify errors. Our support team will help you before, during and after the inventory so that you can take care of your stock count without any worries.
Customers with concluded agreements and support contracts are prioritized by COSYS Support and supported first.
If you carry out your inventory at weekends or on public holidays, we offer you special service and support services. By individual arrangement or with our support contracts, you can also contact our support team at weekends and on public holidays. We are happy to provide you with our support on call for the duration of the inventory. This will ensure that your stocktaking process runs smoothly.

Inventory support agreements Period
During the classic inventory months of December, January and February, we extend our support hours so that we are always there for you. Our service and support hotline is available on weekdays from 07:00 - 18:00 during this period. Outside the inventory-intensive months (March to November), our hotline is available on weekdays from 08:00 - 17:00.
Of course, we are also available for you outside these times and at weekends. We know that retailers in particular often carry out their key date inventory outside regular opening hours or at weekends. In these cases, we will make an individual support agreement with you so that we can be available at the desired time.

Good stocktaking software is perfectly adapted to the stocktaking process, saving you time and money. For this reason, we will sit down with you to advise you and plan your stocktaking. We will be happy to present you with suitable stocktaking solutions and functions and work with you to formulate all the requirements for your stocktaking software. Through this comprehensive consultation, we guarantee you a tailor-made solution that will help you efficiently with your stocktaking.
On request, we can provide training to prepare your inventory managers and inventory assistants for using the inventory system. Our inventory consultants will carry out the training either at your premises or at our premises. Remote appointments are also possible.
To ensure that the inventory data is transferred smoothly to your merchandise management system, our service staff configure the MDE devices before the inventory. You therefore receive inventory devices that can be used immediately.
On request, we offer personal on-site inventory support by our service staff.
