Inventory stickers by COSYS
Inventory stickers play a crucial role in optimizing the digitalization of stocktaking using mobile data collection. They make it possible to clearly label count places and stock levels, which considerably simplifies and speeds up the capturing process using barcode scanners. COSYS therefore not only supports you in providing the necessary hardware, but also takes care of the entire label printing for your inventory. We ensure that all inventory labels meet the requirements of your stocktaking and are optimally suited for mobile data capture. This means you can rely on a smooth and efficient stocktaking process while we take care of the printing and quality of the labels.

COSYS will be happy to print the labels for you. By providing your master data on stock and storage locations, we create prefabricated inventory labels with the stored codes. We then send you the inventory stickers in time for the next stocktake. This means you can start your stocktake seamlessly after attaching the labels.
Of course, you can use your own inventory stickers at any time to identify your stock and the associated storage bins. The prerequisite is a one-off entry of the codes in order to assign them to the respective items or storage bins.

Would you like to print your own label? No problem! COSYS supports you with the right hardware, including label printers and blank labels, as well as the right software: BarTender. You can rent suitable printers from the COSYS hardware pool or purchase them permanently.
If you print your own labels, you can customize the design at any time using the BarTender software. However, if you order label printing via COSYS, we will be happy to implement your individual design requirements for you.
